Let me start from the beginning... on May 14, 2010, I joined Weight Watchers for my best friend's thirtieth birthday. I did it on a whim, but for some reason it just clicked for me. I think it was just time.
Since then, I lost 63 pounds, gained 15 pounds back and am now back on track. I think now is a great time to examine the original reasons I decided to stick with the program and then maybe set some new goals...

Train and run a 5K- in progress, currently doing walk/jog combo on most days
Lose 30% of my body weight - in progress
Lose 40% of my body weight- long term goal
I would ask you to check in with me, see how I am doing. The only way I got this far was through accountability and support and I will continue to need it along the way!
